Cecil County Breeders Fair Inc

Organization is directed solely by the board of the fair hill foundation, a 501(c)(3) entity, and as such adheres to the exempt mission of the fair hill foundation which is to support the state of maryland in maintenance, preservation and enhancement of the property located at fair hill natural resources management area in cecil county, md. Organization supports this mission via fundraising activities consisting of horse racing at fair hill. Legislation, house bill 80, was enacted effective october 2019 to repeal the requirement that profits earned from horse racing benefit a certain hospital. Profits will now be disbursed for the benefit of the state of md dept of natural resources property at fair hill.
