Ceiba collective, a collective impact initiative - ceiba is the backbone to a collective impact initiative that brings together nonprofits and community stakeholders to amplify their collective work and thus have a greater impact on our community. The ceiba collective serves as a place for community organizations to work together to strategically deliver services, devise fresh approaches to meeting the challenges in our neighborhoods, address policy issues, and strengthen organizational capacity.
