The organization was formed to purchase, exchange, take, lease or otherwise acquire and hold title to and operate, maintain and dispose of property exclusively for the beneficial interest of participants and beneficiaries of the cement and concrete workers district council pension fund, an employee benefit plan and trust described in section 401(a) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended and exempt from tax under section 501(a) of the code.
