The center operated three (3) gender specific residential high/medium/low intensity treatment houses dedicated to the continuing care and rehabilitation of chemically dependent persons who live in the houses for a period of adjustment before returning to employment and normal life in the community. Howard friese lakeside house is a 14 bed male house, howard friese hillside house is a 24 bed male house; and marty mann house is a 12 bed female house. 15,441 days of service were provided in 2024 in all 3 programs.

The center offers outpatient medication assisted treatment to patients addicted to opioid drugs. In addition to administering medication, the medication assisted treatment clinic also provides patients with comprehensive rehabilitation services, either onsite or through referrals to other center programs and/or community services. 1,074 assessments and 201,352 doses were delivered in 2024.

The center provides additional program services including assessment, outpatient gambling treatment, mental health, medical support, other contracted services, and special projects.

The center provides outpatient counseling, treatment, and aftercare services to people with substance use disorders. This level of service may be a continuation of treatment for clients leaving long-term residential treatment or the beginning of treatment for clients not requiring the residential component, this includes obot services. The center provided 1,201 hours of 1:1 sessions, 10,233 hours of intensive group treatment and 1,005 obot visits.
