The mission of the center for autism education is to accommodate the needs of everyone we serve in a respectful, supportive, and safe environment.
Programs

Support services: our support services department, located in st. Peters, missouri, consists of three separate programs which serve adults age 18 and older: day services, behavior support services, and community integration are the focus of the program. Each of these programs is funded by medicaid waiver. Day services focuses on increasing independence in all areas of daily living. Consumers engage in volunteer opportunities and community outings on a weekly basis. Our behavior support services use principles of applied behavior analysis to support clients in their home and/or in the community. A board-certified behavior analyst develops and monitors an individualized behavior support plan for each consumer which aims to decrease problem behaviors and increase appropriate behaviors with the goal of encouraging independence during 2024, our support services department served 58 individuals from st. Charles, st. Louis, and lincoln county.
