The center for early childhood connections provides relationship-focused, culturally attuned, and collaborative educational, mental health, and wellness supports starting from pregnancy through age five for young children and those who care for them.

Programs

3 programs

Education - in the education program, we provide supportive services for families, teachers and kids to promote healthy child development and participation in high quality ece programs. Services provided in 2023 included: consultation, professional development, community outreach and training coordination for early childhood educators and programs. Assessment, behaviour support and social skills groups for children. Support groups and coaching for parents. In 2023, we visited 20 early childhood classrooms through our educational programs, in addition to supporting the work of the infant and early childhood mental health consultation network through our professiol development coordination and outreach to educators throughout the bay area. Over 700 educators registered in this program during our envolvement.

General - the center for early childhood connections provides relationship focused, culturally attuned, and collaborative educational, mental health and wellness supports starting from pregnancy through age five for young children and those who care for them. Team reflective practice, community outreach, program planning and grant writing are a vital part of the success of our organization and take place as a part of our general program. In 2023, we reached and supported over 150 young children and their families, providing them with resources and opportunities that contribute to their well-being and development.
