Preservation and promotion of tech valley's quality of life while helping position communities to achieve smart and desired economic growth by working at local, county and state level to expand service-sharing, eliminate duplication and streamline services at all levels of government. To encourage smart growth through the development of comprehensive plans and by providing the tools, information and education that will allow for sustainable communities.
