Mission
The Center for Environmental Accountability (CEA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote transparency, excellence, and accountability in environmental policy and fidelity to the rule of law. Its commitment to a clean environment includes commitment to a healthy human environment, such that people from all walks of life can thrive. In accordance with this mission, CEA submits comments to agencies at the federal and state level in various areas of environmental law and policy. It has also submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court of the United States in a case involving environmental law.
