Building community - as leaders we model a way of being to inspire and lead those around us. We are humbled to be invited to present our values-based leadership practices that advance the common good at conferences focusing on youth development, public health, and peace. We apply our approach to help institutions create more equitable policies in education, public health, and local jurisdictions.
Values-based leadership stewards program - since cel's founding, its purpose is to inspire and prepare leaders to lead collaboratively and joyfully with a commitment to personal integrity and social justice for all. The values-based leadership stewards program takes participants on a deep and transforming two-part journey -- the internal work of personal growth and development and the external work of social action. It provides leaders with practices and an approach to bring people with different perspectives together and develop solutions for their part of the common good.
