The center for financial stability is an independent, nonpartisan, and nonprofit think tank focused on financial markets for the benefit of investors, officials, and the public. Cfs promotes a stronger and more stable financial system through bold, innovative and practical policy-oriented research, structured dialog, education and outreach to the public.

To promote global macro and financial policy research and events such as conferences.
Society of economic measurement (sem) committee exists to promote reseach on economic measurement, using the most advanced tools from economic theory, econometrics, aggregation theory, experimental economics, mathematics, and statistics and to facilitte communication among researchers n fields and methods that will enhance the developement of of economic measurement. To pursue these objectives, the sem sponsors scientific conferences and workshops. Sem has over 2,000 members and affiiated relationships with 11 academic journals and 3 monograph series
