To provide a comprehensive guardian certification program.

Total of 1,310 national certified guardians (ncg) served; processed 400 renewals, 125 applications and 74 retests. Total of 35 national master guardians (nmg) served. Processed 10 renewals, 7 applications and 4 retests. Processed 45 california applications and 43 retests. Handled 6 complaints received against certificants.
Maintained website and handled updates to site. Posted to social media accounts regularly to promote certification and certificate programs.
