The organization provided facility and real estate consulting and management services to schools and worked with partners to develop best practices in the facility financing space. This included continued ownership and coordination with tindley accelerated schools, consulting with global prep academy, andrew j brown academy and herron schools on due diligence, sites and financing opportunities.

Cies received a grant from the mind trust in the previous fiscal year to support capacity building for financial, operations and business staff in charter and innovation network schools to grow these employee's experience, expertise and ability to support the school and the school leaders on issues related to how to run the school outside the classroom.
