The mind-body medicine professional training program is the most comprehensive mind-body skills training initiative in the united states. It integrates large-group instruction with cmbm's signature small-group model, enabling healthcare and mental health professionals to incorporate evidence-informed mind-body practices into clinical care, education, and community programs. Since 1994, this has been the center's core program, and more than 8,000 practitioners worldwide have been trained to enhance their effectiveness, strengthen resilience, and deepen meaning in their work.cmbm's advanced professional training in mind-body medicine builds on this foundation by preparing practitioners to lead mind-body skills groups and apply the cmbm model across diverse professional and community settings. The mind-body medicine certification program further equips practitioners to implement mind-body medicine within institutions, develop tailored applications for specific populations, and deliver group-based programs with fidelity to the model.through these programs, cmbm continues to build a global community of trained practitioners who are bringing trauma-informed healing, resilience, and well-being to individuals and communities around the world.
Institutional partnerships are initiated to work with institutions to make systemic changes in improving the training of healthcare professionals, educators, civic and community leaders, so they can improve their own health and well-being and better serve their patients, students, and constituents. Our institutional partnership program combines elements of our signature mind-body medicine curricula to create comprehensive training in self-care, stress reduction, mind-body medicine, nutrition, exercise, nd group support that is tailored to the needs of the specific institution
Other program services- activities providing research, speaking engagements and educational products to the public related to mind-body medicine.
