Echo's mission is to educate families, communities and professionals about trauma and resilience in order to promote survivor empowerment, resolve individual and community-level trauma, and create the safe, stable, nurturing relationships that break the cycle of generational trauma.

Trauma and Resilience Trainings: Echo offers a variety of trainings for trauma survivors and those who support them, including a foundational course on Trauma & Resilience (Parts I and II), a comprehensive training for educators (Trauma-Informed Compassionate Classrooms), and introductory trainings on body-based modalities for trauma recovery.
Professional Development Contracts: Echo offers professional development to nonprofit agencies and other institutions, including schools and school districts.
