Upper georgia avenue: the center's main street programs are in partnership with the district of columbia's department of small and local business development (dslbd) and main street america accredited. As nonprofits, main streets support small businesses and communities in efforts to grow and thrive by providing technical assistance, grants, exposure and overall capacity building. The upper georgia avenue main street (ugams) corridor supports small businesses on georgia avenue, nw washington, dc from missouri avenue to eastern avenue.
Progressive life center: the center serves as the capacity building partner for progressive life center (plc) in support of plc's overall partnership with the district of columbia's department of youth rehabilitation services (dyrs). The center provides training, technical assistance and coaching to nonprofit organizations and community leaders that receive grant funding to offer programming including education and career training.
