Housing and property acquisition:cse advanced its neighborhood revitalization work through blight elimination and the acquisition of abandoned properties in west jackson. Cse acquired 12 tax-forfeited properties and proceeded with demolition, which will support future community development projects. Hosted quarterly neighborhood clean-ups organized in partnership with local residents and organizations, with a specific focus on an abandoned 3.5-acre city-owned site located at one of the neighborhood gateways.

Community engagement: key 2024 community engagement projects: a grant-funded public arts project igniting pride, included a mural placed on an ivillage major thoroughfare; the global reimagine the ivillage think tank with 25 south african mandela fellows with nearly 100 community members participated in the event; and voter engagement - the center hosted over 5 get out to vote (gotv) projects, centered on voter registration, education, and participation, with average attendance of over 300.
