Mission
Through spiritual practice and ecological study we encourage people to come back home to the sacred ground in which they live - and to delight in those that share this home. We re-imagine community in the context of sacred space where humans are seen as part of the community rather than separate from it and in which all participate in the divine mystery.

Online programs - Building on pandemic experiences and rich content in a variety of areas the Center has established a strong online presence with courses group sessions blogs. These programs are supported by a rich variety of publications and other learning aids.
Outreach to individuals - Created and led spiritual experiences with nature in-person and online including Spiritual Backpacking trips Monday Notes from Nature series Lenten mediations series Solstice and Equinox in-person and virtual walks online presentations spiritual guidebooks blogs and social media to encourage individuals to find connection with the divine through relationship with the natural world.
Empowering other non-profits Teaching and academic instruction including leading lectures seminars and retreats for churches and other non-profits and retreats for leaders of faith-based environmental groups. It also provides lectures at various churches and seminaries.
