MISSION: The Center for Success puts collaborating institutions and partnering education stakeholders at the cutting edge of school reform by convening education partners to share best practices to recruit prepare and sustain talented and diverse teachers and leaders to serve low-income and marginalized students and high need schools as well as to provide opportunities and access to immersive engaging academic cultural and enrichment college bound activities and experiences that ensure the students in high need schools will succeed in post-secondary education. VISION: To prepare highest quality teachers for high need schools and provide an array of educational and social supports for students in these schools by developing and sustaining immersion experiences in education where college students aspiring to be teachers have real world experience in high need communities while simultaneously serving PK-12 students who aspire to be college bound.
