Assist the blind, visually impaired and disabled of the greater delaware valley to prepare and obtain employment in order to achieve independence.

Photo license centers provide employment for persons with a qualifying disability under the terms of act 57. These positions are photo license technician duties at select pennsylvania department of transportation licensing centers. A total of 19 individuals were employed during 2024, including 19 who were disabled.
Janitorial services the center has a contract through unique source as a subcontractor to perform janitorial services at at the 193rd special operations air national guard site. 10 individuals were employed during 2024, including 8 who were disabled.
