The purpose of the partnering is to help cure secure the resources and expertise to assist cure in obtaining necessary financing, including subsidies and grants as well as skills to acquire, construct, and manage the development including leasing and managing the buildings.cure also provides the following services while developing affordable housing opportunities: community outreach and assessment, participation in project design and approval meetings, compliance with local mbe wbe contractors hiring requirements, outreach, training and participating in lease up and management roles.
