Collective Impact: Integrated Model of Partnership to Achieve Community-Based Transformation (IMPACT) Utilizes collective impact to create sustainable public-private coalitions focused on youth opportunity and community safety. IMPACT focuses on changing systems and structures to improve community outcomes at scale.
