The organizations mission is to be a parent and children resource center for the clinically diagnosed and at-risk children of obesity. Since 2019 our mobile food pantries have delivered healthy foods to low-income neighborhoods.

The C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Mobile Food Pantry Distribution addresses food insecurity and the lack of access to healthy, affordable food in predominantly Black/African-American communities. Our monthly pantries occur in multiple low-income communities where our target populations lives. In 2022, we distributed 503,771 pounds of healthy food via our monthly mobile pantries

The Thanksgiving Turkey Basket & Food Giveaway Event occurs annually so that families can have healthy food to eat during the holiday when school is closed. Our goal is to provide Thanksgiving dinner but to also give them enough fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and groceries to last a week.
