To provide social services and coordination of benefits to individuals and families experiencing financial insecurity, food insecurity, and housing or utility insecurity whether caused by living under the poverty level, living above the poverty level and considered to be asset limited, income constrained and employed, or experiencing any of these insecurities due to a natural disaster, pandemic event, or other situation beyond the individuals' control in the parish of tangipahoa and its communities. Services will be provided regardless of the individuals' race, creed, color, gender, disability or religious preference.
