Mission
We believe in the wellness of mind body and spirit. As such we promote the physical intellectual emotional and social well-being of senior citizens in the prescott valley area. We provide opportunities for socialization recreation health & fitness education and through our in-house dining and happy meals-on-wheels programs proper nutrition. Ultimately we strive to nurture and support independence and vitality among our seniors as we work to enrich the quality of their lives.

Provide programs for seniors including health and wellness clinics workshops fairs health screenings blood pressure vision hearing diabetes informational seminars Medicare benefits counseling and legal advocate services. Offer a safe and wholesome environment for seniors to gather and engage in physical social educational intergenerational and outreach activities along with community referral services.
Free monthly informational news magazine for over 1,000 members and local residents.
