Avenew 2000 this program constitutes the long standing strategic revitalization plan for the central avenue commercial corridor in the city of albany prepared for the central business improvement district (cbid) in september 2000. It is the ongoing work plan used by the organization to advance its mission. The plan's primary purpose is to provide a blueprint for the successful repositioning of central avenue by creating a new identity for the 2.9-mile commercial "main street."
Steam garden this program encompasses the development and operation of the 279 central avenue property. Activities include primarily the supervision of the construction and future program planning of the building.
