Mission
To foster a safer district and enhance the pedestrian experience, reinforce economic viability, and promote central eastside's unique identity through our innovative and highly-responsive programs and services.

Safety- securitas. Cet is dedicated to helping the district be a safe place to live, work, play, and stay. Cet provided safety ambassadors 7 days per week, 20 hours per day to provide residents, visitors and employees with support such as chaperoned walks, presence patrol, and homeless outreach.
Cleaning: as part of our commitment to the central eastside, our cleaning crews removed trash, litter, or bio-hazards from properties in the district. A. Central city concern- removed 503,970 pounds of trash b. Ground score - removed an additional 57,729 pounds of trash
