Other programs; city of gainesville - aging in place - provides home repairs to elderly low income citizens such as grab bars and ramps to allow clients to remain in their homes as they age.marion county - state housing initiatives partnership programprovide rehabilitation services to homestead property owners with very low (50%) area median income in marion county. The improvements contribute to a healthier environment, safety, and security for marion county residents.
