Developed and operated a non-profit store-front (the studio of lake wales) located at 208 e. Stuart avenue in downtown lake wales that provided mentoring services, office space, and technical tools and internet access to start-up small businesses, local entrepreneurs and minority and women- owned enterprises.
Successfully developed a plan to develop with south florida state college in avon park florida, a culinary incubator to be based on their campus. The plan was unanimously approved by their board.
