The purporse of the corporation is to provide quality early-stage investment opportunities for accredited central illinois angel investors, and to assist, educate and connect early-stage growth companies in central illinois with information and advisors for the purpose of raising money and assisting in their growth. The organization will provide forums for considering investment opportunities and facilitate education in investing for members. Members are encouraged to take an active role in the organization by helping to identify, screen, and assist early-stage companies seeking investment capital.
