Central Jersey Housing Resource Center Corp

The central jersey housing resource center (cjhrc) is a hud-certified, full service counseling agency providing pre-purchase, post-purchase, rental, homeless and delinquency/foreclosure counseling. The agency and its staff are known as leaders in providing housing information, counseling and referral services to meet the needs of very low-, low- and moderate-income people hoping to attain affordable housing or to overcome their housing obstacles. They provide outreach programs and services that result in assisting approximately 1,825 clients a year.
