Other programs services include: act team, forensic act team, youth act team intensive crisis stabilization center,drop-in services, outreach deaf interpreters, program recovery-oriented services, mental hygiene court, advocacy/support-mobile residential team, linkage innovations for older adults, patient navigator, mental health training, street outreach veterans & homeless, starry night cafe - retreat program.

Residential Services: The Agencys residential programs provide a safe and supportive environment allowing our residents to grow and achieve their fullest potential. The Agency provides 24- hour supervised, transitional and permanent housing opportunities for at-risk single adults and families impacted by mental health and/or substance use disorders. In addition, the Crisis Retreat Program offers a shortterm stay 24-hour staffed setting to those in immediate need from their current housing situation.

Health Home Care Management (HHCM): The Agency provides comprehensive care management services for clients who have heavily complex medical, behavioral, and long-term care needs. The Agency ensures high-quality service while reducing avoidable health care costs, specifically preventable hospital admissions/readmissions and avoidable emergency room visits.
