The mission of the cp&gr is to preserve the history of the orange belt railroad that ran through the area in the late 1800's. Station names like trilby, lachooche, macon and lenard are located along the track as they did over 100 years ago on the original orange belt. Also to educate children of the importance that railroads provided in the development of the united states.
