Central Service Corporation Employee Group Benefit Plan Trust

The Plan provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits covering substantially all employees of Central National Bank and TrustCompany, who changed their legal name to Stride Bank, National Association (the Bank, or Stride Bank) effective February 16, 2019 and Central Service Corporation (the Company). The Plan is subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
