Capital Campaign: Design for a new community theatre with Circuit of the Northwest and Port of Bremerton continued at our new location in Bremerton, WA, throughout 2024. Revenue from community campaign and major gifts was only $300, leaving us with negative income for this project/program for the 2024 operating year due to program overhead expenses.
Main Stage Shows: One family-friendly musical theater production presented to the Kitsap County community, hosted by Olympic College in November 2024, benefiting 50 actors, actresses, production staff, and volunteers, as well as over 1,000 patrons. We cast families in productions and recruit relatives to help with lighting, sound, costumes, and set design. Our core focus is on strengthening intergenerational bonds on-stage and off-stage while building confidence, skills and values in local youth.
Theatre Academy Workshops: One after-school program for Central Kitsap School District students, benefiting 40 students, as well as production staff and volunteers. This after-school program offers performing arts opportunities for local students during the school year, overcoming transportation and cost barriers.
