Achievements included outreach and participation with members to convey comments on regulatory matters, work with stakeholders including clean water partners to address regional and statewide issues, and work with regulatory agencies to ensure that regulations are protective of human health and the environment while reasonable and cost effective

Cv salts project: efforts included active participation in cv-salts initiative on behalf of central valley wastewater treatment agencies, including planning and implementation of the priority and optimization study for salinity control and support in the nitrate control program
