To provide support services, including rent assistance to low income households that qualify for assistance under federal poverty programs. Cvlihc also works with bhs to provide services to at risk populations.

Provided homelessness prevention assistance to 725 individuals who would otherwise have become homeless, and rapid re-housing assistance to re-house persons who are homeless through emergency solutions and homeless housing assistance and prevention grants.
First 5 housingworks: rapid re-housing, prevention, housing location, and support services for families enrolled in calworks who are homeless/at risk of homelessness.housing disability and advocacy program: housing and support to persons who are chronically homeless and have zero income.home safe: rapid re-housing and prevention for persons who have active adult protective services case and are homeless/at risk of homelessness.housing plus program: homeless prevention and housing location for persons with an aids/hiv diagnosis who are at risk of homelessness.
