Central Virginia Agrarian Community Land Trust

The purpose of the Central Virginia Agrarian Commons shall be to undertake any lawful activities permitted by the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act, Va. Code Ann. 13.1-801 et seq., I.R.C. 501(c)(3), and all other laws pertaining, including to own and preserve ecologically significant agricultural land and agrarian community real estate and property assets.
