Mission
The central westmoreland foundation purpose is as follows: a. To enhance and enrich the educational experience of secondary and adult students who attend central westmoreland career and technology center (an area vocational- technical school) by encouraging and supporting the development of innovative vocational and technological programs; b. Encourage students to pursue post-secondary and occupational opportunities in fields related to their instruction at central westmoreland career and technology center; and c. Serve as a clearinghouse for privately funded scholarships.
