To improve the quality of life for the people of Malingua Pamba, Ecuador, a remote village high in the Andes, by working directly with the villagers and volunteers to bring them potable water and irrigation water, provide a higher school education, make available post-high school education at either the college level or technical training, and provide education and services for personal hygiene and dental care.
