The corporation is a charitable corporation as defined in subparagraph(a)(5) ofSection 102 of the Non-for-Profit Corporation Law, and as described in Section 201of the Not-For-Profit Corporation law, in that it is not formed for pecuniaryprofit or financial gain and no part of the assets, income or profit of thecorporation is distributable to, or inures to the benefit of its members, directorsor officers. or any private person except to the extent permissible under the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law.The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable,educational and not-for-profit purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3)of the Internal Revenue Code, as the same may be amended from time to time, orto any corresponding provision of any future federal tax law.of the Internal Revenue Code.THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS BEING FORMED ARE:1.
