Main mission is to promote economic technological social and cultural progress of the small and medium business industrial and self-employed which constitutes the groups represented by the entity.
Programs

Educational and Management Development Training Program. Through the educational and management training program offered over 300 independent child care centers business were impacted. Through the training offered the impacted child care centers were able to update administrative permit documents and applicable laws in accordance with the regulations for this type of organization in Puerto Rico. The centers achieved significant improvements in their infrastructure to provide better services to the population of children they serve. The Centers received monetary relief in relation to payroll payments and recurring utilities expenses to raise their budget and thus be able to continue operating. Monitoring final stage of the program and validating the compliance of programs objectives.
Institutional Magazine. Through the magazines articles it is promoted the economic activities with publication of business development educational articles in areas that include taxes marketing finance networking creation among others. The institutional magazine serve as a guide for small and medium businesses to develop their business.
