Cfa society iowa seeks to lead the investment profession in the state of iowa by promoting ethical and professional standards, encourages and facilitates professional development, and works towards broader community understanding of the cfa designation.
Programs

Hosted several networking events for members and students so they are able to interact with others in their profession or course of study. Attendance ranged from approximately 15-30 people per event. Hosted two large networking golf outings in june with approximately 130 attendees in total.
Hosted the cfa global investment research challenge for universities in the region with 50 attendees. Students were able to present research on a company to compete for scholarships and a chance at the global competition.
