F. The purpose of our organization is to assist rising financial leaders who need help in obtaining training and mentoring to be prepared for their first CFO role. Our sessions are specifically designed to provide that mentoring. The volunteer speakers provide high level overviews of each topic, and other volunteers in the audience offer to provide 1 on 1 mentoring sessions when a participant has trouble understanding specific topics
