The corporation is specifically organized to benefit, perform the functions of or carry out the charitable purposes of cultivate culinary school and catering, inc. Dba cultivate food rescue ("ccsc"), including for such purposes, the holding, leasing, managing, construction and development of real estate and improvements for use by ccsc, to receive and administer funds for such purposes, all for the public welfare, and to that end, to take and hold grants, loan proceeds, real and personal property, to lease, sell, convey and dispose of any such property and to deal with and expend the income from such property for such purposes.
