To engage youth in leadership development to engage youth in the champion challenge iniative we have met ambitious goals in academics and leadership development

"safe passage " guides youth through critical moments in their high school experience to give them a fighting chance in transitioning from secondary to higher education. Through intensive coaching youth will achieve higher academic performance, high school completion, increased self confidence and positive social experiences. The model paralells graduating from school to an athlete's journey to a championship using "the draft", "training camp", "the season", "the playoffs", and finally, "the chapionship. Analogous to an athlete's journey to the championship, teen boys encounterand intensive coaching experience, leading to graduation. In 2024 100% of the youth served in the program graduated from high school
