Champions Foundation Of Arizona

The corporation is organized for the charitable and educational purposes as defined in Section 501c(3)of the IRC fostering national and international competition in the sport of Karate. The purpose of the Corporation includes raising funds and purchasing personal property and services including scholarships and coaching fees and expenses to benefit the students of Arizona by encouraging and facilitating national and international competition. The Corporation shall provide volunteers for educational activities that will contribute to the public education of the community, engage in other charitable, civic, or educational activities that will contribute to the communtity; and exercise other powers conferred by the laws of Arizona on Noo-Profit Corporations.
