To provide psycho-educational interventions to address healthy behaviors, mental illness and its effect on the individual and community. Also to provide resources on a regular basis in various forms throughout the community, which: promote the dignity of every individual, enhance a person's individuality, encourage the potential for independence and autonomy, develop personal responsibility within and develop positive relationships with the family and the community.
