Charitable Heroes Achieving Memorable Performances

The corporation is organized for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes within the meaning of section 501c(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (the "code"), and the texas tax code, section 11.18. In particular the corporation shall promote youth programs and activities aimed at providing wholesome education and entertainment for teens and young adults, award scholarships towards higher education, assist charities with needed resources to maintain their endeavors, and provide organizations with resources in times of natural disasters.
