The purposes for which thic corporation is formed are: (a) to promote fraternal, charitable, educational, civic, athletic and social pursuits; (b) to render mutual aid and assistance to its sick, disabled and needey members and their families; and (c) to support and cooperate with all of the fraternal, charitable, religious, patriotic and civic enterprises of michael j begley council 770, knights of columbus. All activity is reported through the knights of columbus national organization.
