Charity Assets Trust

The trust is organized, and shall be operated, exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code, (the "qualified purposes") and for the support and benefit of, and to perform the functions of and to carry out the purposes of it's supported organizations.
